AFD 0.15 Changelogs

Current Changelog 

Version 0.15

  • • Removed worksheets to external document
  • • Added changelog on “This page left intentionally blank” page.
  • • Renamed “Extended travel” to “Forced march”
  • • Increased number of advancements to 2 per level and 2 at first level
  • • Increased HP at first level, to allow for more “hits” at first level and to account for broader usage and HP definition.
  • • Add HP recovery at nightly rests, given the definition of HP in this edition is no longer long-term injury. Removed HP loss for missed rests. 
  • • Renamed “Starting a Campaign” to “Running the Game”
  • • 2 x new art pieces (“Running the Game” and “Creating a player character”)
  • • Added “Ravager”, “Monk” and “Psionicist” classes, as well as “Psionic Powers”.
  • • Modified Strength bonuses for most classes to maximum of 18, increased Fighter Strength bonuses to a maximum of 23 to reflect percentile strength, and increased Ravager Strength bonuses to 20 to it sitting in the middle ground.
  • • Increased starting Piety for Priests, to balance with starting Psi Pool for Psionicists. 
  • • Added “Psi Pool” to character sheet. 
  • • Added Instill Psionics and Focus Psionics proficiencies.
  • • Modified languages to add an association with Intelligence score, and to eliminate complexity.
  • • Added languages to character sheet.
  • • Starting Piety is now Charisma dependent,
  • • Starting Psi Pool is now Intelligence dependent.
  • • Updated Intelligence to include willpower.
  • • Colour cover by Hodag added (coloured by me)
  • • Added table of contents
  • • New art by Hodag  “Combat”, “Heritage”, “Strongholds”
  • • Added a BUNCH of new Hodag art, increasing page count by like 10, maybe? Looks hot though.
  • • Colour insert by Hodag (coloured by me)
  • • Added “Demonstrous Compendium” with exemplar descriptions for some specific iconic  monsters. Added exemplar “Cave bear”
  • • Added “Treasure Types” section and refined monster conversion guidelines.
  • • Added “Sorcerous Compendium with exemplar descriptons for some specific iconic monsters. Added exemplars “Cure Ills”, “Magical Dart” and “Clairvoyance”
  • • Added rules for Psionic Duels.
  • • Adjusted languages in the proficiency section to match languages in the campaign section.
  • • Adjust Psionicist to Psiologist or Mystic, maybe?
  • • Added “sacrifices” to Priest spellcasting section
