AFD 0.16 Changelogs


The final changelog before we release and go version 0.2!

Version 0.16

  • Added saving throw rules for NPCs “Safe Zones”
  • Armour numbers revised to reflect ascending AC,
  •  Revised Instill Psionics proficiency to reflect powers that do this
  • Added iconic level 1-5 wizardly and priestly spells
  • Added iconic psionic devotions
  • Added psionic stances and psionic sciences
  • Added 66 monsters, with the help of Marcia B.
  • Renamed and rearranged all above.
  • Hodag has decided to illustrate them all, so added monster illustrations.
  • Added section on movement speeds (to “Combat”) and to “Journeying”)
  • Removed “Hit Dice” as a concept. Here, they’re only used for healing, and so renamed “healing dice” in two places, and otherwise are HD.
  • Replaced any references to HD with hit point equivalents
  • Added sacrifice value.
  • Checked: Sheet appears up to date.
  • Revised so that more devotions require contact or mind link, and differentiate the two of them more clearly. Contact now has more benefits to maintain.
  • Added clarification on spell variants.
  • Added more art bits to even out art distribution
  • Added colour spread by Hodag
  • Bookmarking removed (due to implementation error), to be included at later date
  • Added Dual Classing
  • Changed “speed factor” to “weapon speed” because that’s clearer
  • Fixed residual save vs. spells
  • Added different bullet points for advancements you can take later on
  • Added save vs. Turning for all undead in bestiary
  • Modified advantage
  • Proofreading
  • Added spot art in spell lists
  • Revised “treasure” section
  • Added lichknight by Hodag
  • An absurd amount of fixes with Tucker's assistance

Future additions:

  • A print at home, black and white version!
  • Playtesting fixes
  • Fix bookmarking
